Keyboard Shortcut Cheat Sheet — How to use & FAQ

How to browse by category, build your My List, add custom shortcuts, and export to print / PDF / image — plus common questions.

This free tool lists keyboard shortcuts per app (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Office and more) and lets you build your own “My List” of the ones you use with ★. No sign-up — everything runs in your browser.

How it works (5 steps)

  1. Pick an app — open a target app (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) from the home page.
  2. Find — narrow down with the category menu on the left or the search box.
  3. Add to My List with ★ — press the star on shortcuts you use. You can also add a whole workflow “template” at once, or register your own custom shortcut.
  4. Reorder — drag the cards in My List into your preferred order. The order is saved automatically.
  5. Export — use “🖨 Print / PDF” or “🖼 Image (PNG)” to export your own cheat sheet.

FAQ

Is this tool free? Do I need to sign up?

It is completely free and needs no sign-up. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to a server.

What is My List?

My List is your own collection of shortcuts gathered with ★. You can reorder it by drag and export it as a printout or PNG image. Order and favorites are saved in your browser.

Can I add a shortcut that is not in the list?

Yes. Use “+ Add shortcut” to register an action name and its keys. Custom entries go into the Custom category and are added to My List automatically.

Can I switch between Mac and Windows notation?

Yes, with the toggle at the top left. Mac shows ⌘⌥⇧ and Windows shows Ctrl/Alt/Shift.

Can I print or save my cheat sheet?

Use Print / PDF to print (or save as PDF), or Image (PNG) to download it as an image — handy for pinning by your desk or sharing.

Which apps are supported?

Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with more to come.

Some shortcuts differ from what I see in the app — why?

Shortcuts can differ by app version, custom settings, or Mac vs Windows. In that case, use “+ Add shortcut” to register the keys for your own setup.
